Building your home from scratch can be daunting, but at Effect, we work to make it the exciting experience that it should be! We work with you every step of the way to support you and to make sure were building your home exactly the way you want it. Check out the steps below so you know exactly what to expect for your home building experience.
Consultation
Let us show you how we will build your home better. Discuss your options for energy efficiency and design.
Architecture
Your custom home becomes reality. See it come to life on paper as you work with our architectural designer on your house plans.
Interior
Choose the finishes that achieve your vision and budget. Then we get to work on securing permits.
Contracts
Review detailed costs and structural components to begin construction on your new home. Meet the team who will be building it better.
Build
As we begin building, we keep you informed (and excited!) through regular updates and site visits with an Effect team member. The Mike Holmes team completes their inspections at all major milestones.
Possession
Take possession of your new home! Learn how it operates and receive support through our warranty from the day you move in onward.
